Episode Summary
Hard Gay has decided that he is in need of a Hard Gay version of the famous Japanese toy Kurohige's Kiki Ippatsu. Since this toy is made by TOMY, HG gives them a call to see about getting a meeting, but unfortunately the call doesn't go all that well. So he goes about getting signatures from people who want an HG version of the toy, and takes them to TOMY. He ends up having to go to the director's house in order to try and seal the deal.
Translator's Notes
The reason HG links himself to the Kurohige game is yet another pun. He calls himself Kuroi Gay in the episode, and says that it is similar to Kurohige. Not only are the sounds similar, but the meanings and things are as well. "Kuro" of "Kurohige" and "Kuroi" both mean black, and the "Hige" of "Kurohige" can easily be manipulated into "KurohiGAY". The reason this was left untranslated is because of the fact that no suitable pun/translation could be found to turn Blackbeard into something like BlackbeGAY. Though funny, it just doesn't work that well in English.
Another amusing thing that should definitely be pointed out is when HG talks to the two sets of black guys. HG seems to be able to speak some English, even if it is kind of odd sounding. Yet another testament to how awesome HG is.
Also, when HG threatens to commit "hara kiri", he means that he is going to commit ritual suicide by slicing open his stomach with a sword so that his bowels may fall out. Quite hard to do with a plastic sword, you know. The actual term he used was seppuku, but hara kiri is a more widely known way to say it in America, so that term was used instead.
