Episode Summary
The last installment of Hard Gay going out into the streets to help people out. First off, our hero poses in front of some statues of Ultraman before he is off to do the good work. With a cry of Child, hoo! he's off to stop a kid from crying, and then he's out to stop a little punk from inviting a lady into his office. Afterwards, he decides to go and help some guy pass out some tissues.

Anpanman deserves special attention. HG is simply talking about himself as a superhero so he included the super heroes that are pretty popular among kids. Anpanman is one of them. Normally we would just leave it at that, but Anpanman is special, simply because the concept of his show is awesome. English Wiki Entry
Anpanman is a superhero whose head is made of a certain type of bread called Anpan. His weaknesses are things that make his head soggy or dirty. In order to power himself up, he gets the guy who made him to bake him a new head. Also, if someone happens to be hungry nearby, Anpanman will give them a piece of his head to munch on. That is the best kids show ever.
Moving on, when HG covers his face and then pops out, that's a popular game to play with really little kids. You cover your face, and then pop out. One thing to notice is the last one HG does at that point is actually covering his crotch with his hands, and then "popping out". Of course, he didn't actually let himself out of his pants, it was just an amusing way to play that game.
The guy that's trying to talk to the girl is most likely an underling for a Yakuza company who goes out in the streets and tries to find girls to star in porn movies. Yes, that actually happens.
The last guy HG helps out is doing something we don't usually have in most parts of America. He's handing out free packets of tissues, but with the tissues is some kind of advertisement for a company.
