Episode Summary
Another early Hard Gay video in which he does what he set out to do from the beginning, help to solve social problems. First we see him tackling the littering problem by giving two young punks a stern talking to. Afterwards he is off to improve foreign relations by helping some foreigners take a picture, followed by an attempt to help some guy who can't get a taxi.
