Fanclub explosion

Near the start of the forum, fanclubs were being made like there was no tomorrow.
After the forum crash and the Third Wave the FC section mainly died with the odd fanclub being made now and again.
Once the Fourth Wave started n00bs that had gone through the FC Section started to bring some fanclubs back to life, only to be flamed for bringing back an old thread.
